1.When the actual service life of the oil filter reaches the design life time, it needs to be replaced. The design service life is usually 2600 hours, and the specific service life depends on the working environment. It must be replaced after expiration. If the environmental condition of the air compressor is poor, the use time should be shortened.

2.During the design service life, replace it immediately after the blockage alarm occurs.

If it is not replaced in time, the following hazards will occur:

1.The insufficient amount of oil return after blockage leads to excessive exhaust temperature, and the life of the main engine will be seriously shortened.

2.After the filter element is broken, the unfiltered oil containing a large amount of metal particles impurities enters the host, which will cause damage to the host.
