Ayater air oil separator Working Principle

Compressed air from the compressor head mixed with different sizes oil droplets. Larger sizes can be removed easily when they passed oil tanks, while small sizes (diameter less then 1um ) must be filtered through oil gas separator glass fiber filter layer.

After the diffusion of oil particles through filter material and the mechanism of inertia collision condensation, intercepted directly by filter material, finally make suspended oil particles in compressed air quickly condensed into oil droplets. 

Under the action of gravity, Oil concentration at bottom of oil separator, through the bottom concave back inlet tubing then return to head lubricating oil system, at last compressor discharged purer oil-free compressed air.
