HSP-43610-S Separator Filter Cartridge

HSP-43610-S separator filter cartridge is generally combined with coalescing filter element to realize the filtration process. The coalescing filter element uses the different affinity of the fiber media surface for oil and water to separate the emulsified water in the oil. The mechanism of this method is the coalescence of the emulsified water, that is, the extremely small emulsified water droplets are captured from the fiber layer and merged. It forms large water droplets. As the water droplets gradually increase in size, they settle under the action of gravity and are separated from the oil. In order to separate all the coalesced water droplets from the oil, a separator filter cartridge is installed downstream close to the coalescing medium. Its filter material uses lipophilic and hydrophobic cellulose media, which can effectively intercept water droplets while leaving the oil smoothly. Through it, the process of agglomeration and separation is realized.
