Hiross Product Description

Q grade - main line filter

It is mostly used to protect the whole system after the air compressor rear cooler or before the refrigerating dryer and other filters. It can filter out a large amount of liquid and solid particles of more than 3 microns to achieve a residual oil content of only 5PPMW/W.

P grade - air line filter

It is often used in tools, machinery, motors, cylinders, etc., and before the Class A ultra-efficient degreasing filter, or after the adsorption dryer to remove moisture and particles. It can filter liquids and solid particles as small as 1 micron to achieve a residual oil content of only 0.5PPMW/W

S grade - ultra-efficient degreasing filter

It is mostly used upstream of the adsorption dryer or downstream of the refrigerating dryer to ensure that the air used in the system is completely oil-free. It can filter liquids and solid particles as small as 0.01 micron to achieve a residual oil content of only 0.001 PPMW/W.

Class C - activated carbon deodorizing filter

The filter element is infiltrated by special activated carbon, which can completely absorb the gas odor such as hydrocarbons and has reached the completely odorless high quality air quality requirements, such as food, medicine, breathing air and so on. Oil mist and hydrocarbons as small as 0.01 micron can be filtered out to achieve a residual oil content of only 0.003 PPMW/W
