The coalescer, also known as a pre-filter, is usually located just before the air filter element to remove harmful liquid oil, water condensate, pipe scale, dirt, and rust from your compressed air system. The AYATER 9.4893.0 coalescer filter can replace the Kaeser.
The pre-filter plays a role in the preliminary filtration of the air compressor system. When the airflow contains compressor oil or lubricating oil, the coalescer filter can be used as a compressed air treatment.
This coalescer has higher precision than normal air filters and other standard particulate filters. Those submicron contaminants may cause serious problems to the air compressor and fine equipment.
