Ayater's DFP series manifold block mounted pressure filters (60,110,140,160,240,280 sizes) feature a two-component structure of EN-GJS 400-15 filter head and steel filter bowl, complying with international hydraulic equipment regulations. These filters support one-way flow for industrial hydraulic systems and integrate standard clogging indicator connections, enabling real-time differential pressure monitoring up to 420bar operating pressure. The drain screw with pressure relief is a standard configuration for all sizes, simplifying maintenance and oil drainage without system disassembly. Sealed with NBR (Perbunan) gaskets, the filters ensure excellent sealing performance under high-pressure conditions, preventing hydraulic fluid leakage and maintaining system pressure stability. For 160-280 sizes, the one-piece filter bowl design optimizes structural rigidity, with a fatigue strength of 10⁶ load cycles at 315bar nominal pressure, suitable for continuous high-intensity working conditions.

The filter elements adopt multiple high-efficiency filtration materials, all validated by ISO 2941, ISO 2942, ISO 2943 and other international standards, with strict quality monitoring throughout the production process. Optimicron® (ON) elements offer ultra-fine filtration ratings from 1μm to 20μm, Betamicron® (BH4HC) and stainless steel fibre (V) elements cover 3μm to 20μm, while wire mesh (W) elements are available for 25μm to 200μm coarse filtration needs, matching different hydraulic fluid cleanliness requirements. The pressure stability of elements reaches industry-leading levels, with ON/BH4HC at 210bar and V/W at 20bar, ensuring no element deformation or damage under rated pressure. The gradient coefficient (SK) of elements is calibrated for mineral oil with 30mm²/s kinematic viscosity, and the pressure drop changes proportionally with viscosity, making it easy to calculate the actual working pressure loss of the system.

Designed for direct manifold block mounting, these filters save installation space and simplify pipeline layout, suitable for compact hydraulic systems in construction machinery, industrial pumps and compressors. The installation interface is standardized, matching international manifold block dimensions, and can be quickly assembled without additional adapters. The filters are compatible with a wide range of hydraulic fluids, including H to HLPD hydraulic oils (DIN 51524), DIN 51517 lubricating oils, VDMA 24568 biodegradable fluids (HETG/HEES/HEPG) and HFA/HFB fire-resistant fluids, meeting the environmental and safety requirements of different industries. When the ambient temperature is between -30°C and -10°C, the maximum operating pressure needs to be reduced to 157.5bar to ensure the structural safety of the filter and the stability of the hydraulic system.

The filter housing must be reliably earthed during use to prevent static electricity accumulation and avoid potential safety hazards caused by static discharge. For visual clogging indicators, only the BM version with manual reset is recommended to ensure accurate fault feedback and easy reset operation. When replacing the electrical clogging indicator, the system power supply must be cut off first to prevent short circuits and electrical component damage. The filter elements can be quickly replaced by unscrewing the filter bowl, and the replacement elements are coded with size prefixes (0060/0110/0140/0160/0240/0280) for easy identification and procurement. The pressure relief drain screw allows oil drainage under pressure, avoiding hydraulic fluid splashing during maintenance and improving operational safety.
