High Pressure Sandwich Stacking DFZ Filter

Ayater's DFZ series sandwich stacking pressure filter is engineered for high-pressure hydraulic systems, boasting a 315 bar nominal pressure rating and exceptional fatigue strength of 10⁶ pressure cycles from 0 to nominal pressure, ensuring long-term stability in harsh industrial environments. The filter adopts a two-piece construction of steel filter head and screw-in steel filter bowl, complying with international manufacturing regulations and delivering robust structural performance against pressure impact and mechanical wear.

With a wide temperature operating range of -30 °C to +100 °C, the filter is adaptable to extreme working conditions; note that the maximum pressure is limited to 157.5 bar when operating at -30 °C to -10 °C to maintain optimal performance. Equipped with NBR (Perbunan) seals, it provides reliable leak-proofing, and the standard right-side service access simplifies on-site maintenance and element replacement, reducing equipment downtime.

The filter is compatible with a comprehensive range of hydraulic fluids per ISO 2943, including hydraulic oils (H to HLPD DIN 51524), lubrication oils (DIN 51517/API/ACEA), biodegradable fluids (VDMA 24568 HETG/HEES/HEPG) and fire-resistant fluids (HFA/HFB/HFC/HFD), making it a versatile choice for diverse industrial hydraulic setups.

The DFZ filter is fitted with high-quality filtration elements validated to strict international standards (ISO 2941/2942/2943/3724/3968/11170/16889), with pressure stability values tailored to different element materials: Optimicron® (ON) at 20 bar, Betamicron® (BH4HC) at 210 bar, Optimicron® Pulse (ON/PS) at 20 bar, Optimicron® Pulse (OH/PS) at 210 bar and Metal fibre (V) at 210 bar.

Filtration accuracy options vary by element type: ON elements offer 1/3/5/10/15/20 μm, while BH4HC/ON/PS/OH/PS/V elements provide 3/5/10/20 μm, enabling precise matching to hydraulic system cleanliness requirements. The gradient coefficient (SK) design of the elements ensures minimal pressure drop during operation, with the total pressure drop calculated as the sum of housing and element pressure drop (Δptotal=Δphousing+Δpelement), optimizing system energy efficiency.

Designed for sandwich stacking installation, the DFZ filter integrates seamlessly into hydraulic valve blocks and pipeline systems, saving valuable installation space in industrial equipment. Standard models come without a clogging indicator connection, but a dedicated port for clogging indicators is available as a custom accessory, supporting VD differential pressure indicators with visual/electrical signal output (A/BM/C/D types) for real-time monitoring of filter clogging status.

Connection options include 4-port (Type B, A6 DIN 24340/Cetop R 35 H) and 5-port (Type C, A10 DIN 24340/Cetop R 35 H) configurations, compatible with DFZ 30/60/110 sizes, ensuring flexible adaptation to different pipeline calibers and system layouts. Supplementary customizations such as FPM seals (V), HFA/HFC emulsion compatibility (W) and left-side service access are also available to meet specific application needs.
