Using expert knowledge of the impact a comprehensive filtration system has on the performance of dry gas seals, AYATER - the worlds’ leading dry gas seal provider, has designed and developed high quality filter elements that are capable of eliminating contaminants down to, and below a fineness of 1 micron and are proven to exceed efficiencies of 99.9% on both particles and aerosols.

Significant contaminant holding capacity is made possible with the use of pleated filter material, extending the period between filter element change out by up to 5 times when compared to a rolled element design.

A filter cartridge consists of pleated plastic, fibreglass, fleece or paper element as a filter material. A perforated support body ensures optimum strength and perfect protection for the filter fleece.
