Bulk Fuel Filtration System

The bulk fuel filtration system is a coalescer separator skid manufactured by our company, which is widely used in the fields of fuel delivery and fuel polishing. It uses coalescence separation technology to filter out pollutants and water in diesel fuel, ensure oil purity, maintain the normal operation of diesel engine, and prolong its service life.

The biggest feature of the bulk fuel filtration system is its large capacity, which can filter a large amount of diesel fuel, and at the same time, it can speed up the filtration, so that the pollutants can be effectively removed in a short time. Our professional technical team conducts multiple tests on the performance of the system to ensure that it is functioning optimally.

1. Particulate filter: Removes abrasive particles.

2. Gauge gauge: Indicates pressure drop and filter limits.

3. Inlet sampling valve: The valve provides access to unfiltered fuel samples.

4. Gate valve: Closes the flow to allow the filter to serve.

5. Coalescing filter elements: The coalescing fibers attract water and form large droplets that fall to the bottom.

6. Coalescer unit: Contains multiple elements.

7. Separator canister: Repels smaller water droplets suspended in the mobile fuel stream and prevents them from escaping with clean, dry fuel.

8. Outlet samping valve: The valve provides access to the filtered fuel sample.

9. Slug control valve: Slows down or shuts down the fuel flow if the amount of water in the fuel exceeds the flow rate of the drain valve, or if the particulate or coalescer filter starts to clog.

10. Water meter: Continuously measures and records the total amount of water removed from the fuel.

11. Automatic water drain: Allows excess water to drain out of the device's sump.
