Straight-Through Backflush Filter

Straight-through backflush filters not only offer universal filtration functions, but also provide easy and practical cleaning and discharge of contaminants without interrupting system operation. It adopts a new structural design, the valve plate is placed in front of the filter element, and the valve position is adjusted through the handle, which can change the direction of water flow, so as to make full use of the water pressure and flow rate to self-clean the filter element, which greatly saves the time of manual cleaning. This highly efficient filter is convenient and practical, and saves costs.

During normal filtration, water flows through the directional valve in the open state. As water passes through the filter, it traps fine particles and suspended solids through an inertial effect, causing them to settle near the drain.

During flushing and draining, the water flow rotates the valve to an open state. Once the filter captures a certain amount of fine particles and suspended solids, the discharge valve opens and the impurities are washed and washed away until the water flow is clear. Once the discharge valve is closed, the system returns to normal operation.

Backflushing and draining work differently, it is to rotate the directional valve to the closed state, opening the discharge valve. Water from the cartridge inlet mesh is forced through the outside of the cartridge into the housing interlayer, flushing away impurities attached to the filter. This method increases the water flow, resulting in a more efficient cleaning process.
