Products Description

PE filter bags are primarily made of polyethylene. They offer a diverse range of filtration accuracies, precisely capturing impurities from as small as 0.5-200μm with an impressive removal efficiency of over 90%. Thanks to the material's properties, they have excellent acid and alkali resistance, enabling them to withstand the corrosion of common chemical substances. In terms of temperature adaptability, they can operate continuously and stably in an environment of 135°C, with a maximum working temperature of 150°C. This makes them suitable for meeting the filtration requirements of different industries.

Daily Cleaning

Physical Cleaning
Regularly use compressed air back - blow or reverse flushing with clean water to remove the accumulated impurities on the surface and inside of the filter bag. During the operation, the air pressure should be controlled within the range of 0.4 - 0.6MPa to avoid damaging the filter bag.
Chemical Cleaning
When the medium filtered by the filter bag contains oil stains or chemical pollutants, a specialized neutral degreaser can be selected. Dilute it according to a certain proportion, and then soak the filter bag in it for 1 - 2 hours to promote the dissolution of oil stains.
