Self Cleaning Disc Filter

The core technology of the self-cleaning disc filter is the disc filter mechanism: the combination of surface filtration and depth filtration is achieved by pressing each other with grooved plastic discs on the surface. Through the ingenious design of the filter device, the automatic switching of filtration and backwashing, and the reciprocating process.

The filter has two operating states: filter state and backwash state.

In the filtered state, the raw water passes through the laminate from the outside, the filter laminate is tightly pressed together under the action of spring force and hydraulic force, the impurity particles are trapped at the intersection of the lamination, and the filtered water flows out of the filter.

When a certain pressure difference is reached, the system automatically enters the backwash state, the controller controls the valve to change the direction of water flow, the backflush water pressure makes the lamination be released, and the nozzle located in the center of the stack is sprayed along the tangent line to rotate the lamination and flush out the impurities trapped on the lamination. When the backflush ends, the direction of the water flow changes again, the laminates are pressed again, and the system re-enters the filtration state.
