Filter element material

1. Use HV glass fiber material

The filter element of the oil fine separator is made of HV glass fiber composite filter material, and the misty oil and gas in the compressed air can be almost completely filtered out when passing through the oil separation element.

2. Exoskeleton

The use of anti-corrosion materials, strict welding technology, and the use of new adhesives ensure good mechanical strength of the oil and gas separator

3. End cap

PC end cover, iron end cover (iron end cover with sealing ring)

Adhesive end caps, welding end caps

Due to the connection of the equipment and the fixing and sealing of the filter layer, the connection size is accurate.

Craftsmanship

1. Automatic wrapping machine:

Automatically adjust the winding tension to meet the tightness of the filter layer required during product design.

2. Corrugated metal mesh for filter layer:

Increase the strength of the ripple while protecting the filter structure

3. Middle skeleton collusion process:

The helical collusion structure of the middle skeleton greatly enhances the radial direction of the skeleton

Compressive strength to avoid deformation of the skeleton structure caused by excessive pressure difference.

Installation note

Before installation, you must check whether the rubber and asbestos pads have anti-static properties (conductive nails must be installed). It is necessary to prevent dirt from falling into the oil drum during installation. When installing the return pipe, make sure that the pipe is inserted into the bottom of the filter element.

2. The rated air intake of the filter element must be greater than the rated air intake of the host

3. Choose an air filter element with low air intake resistance and large dust holding capacity

4. Place the filter element in a dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture from affecting its service life
