The replaceable Ayater element consists only of the filtration media, end caps, and an outer net.

This coreless configuration allows for significant reduction in solid waste. Furthermore, the crushed element contains no heavy metals, making incineration or disposal safer and cheaper. Beyond the environmental benefits, the "Geneva" style element design ensures that the filter cannot be installed backward, eliminating a common maintenance error that can lead to catastrophic system bypass.

Our media packs are optimized for fluid compatibility. whether you are running petroleum-based fluids, water-glycols, or high-water-based fluids (HWBF), Ayater provides the specific media formulation required to prevent swelling or degradation. The elements feature an outer helical wrap that ensures uniform flow distribution, preventing "channeling" where fluid bypasses the filter media.
