The Ayater JLPE 2509 is a premium-grade gas coalescing cartridge designed to meet the rigorous demands of the oil, natural gas, and petrochemical industries. As a direct replacement for standard market models, the Ayater JLPE 2509 utilizes advanced oleophilic fibrous matrices to capture and coalesce entrained liquid mists from gas streams.
Unlike standard surface filters, this element employs a saturated depth coalescence mechanism. The gas flows through the element from the inside to the outside. As the gas passes through the pleated media, fine liquid droplets (discontinuous phase) are intercepted by the fibers. These droplets merge-or coalesce-into larger drops, which then succumb to gravity and drain into the vessel sump, leaving the exiting gas stream clean and dry.
