The Water Treatment Series displayed at the exhibition included bag filters, multi-media filters, SYZ Series self-cleaning filters, and high-flow filter cartridges.
The multi-media filter display showed several commonly used filter media, including pebbles, quartz sand, activated carbon, anthracite, and manganese sand. The selection of filter media depends on the water characteristics and treatment requirements of the process.
The SYZ Series self-cleaning filter was displayed with a mechanical cleaning structure using an internal scraper or brush configuration. This type of equipment can be considered for industrial filtration systems where regular removal of retained solids is required.
The Oil Purification Series included replacement filter elements, coalescer and separator filters, mobile filtration units, and vacuum oil filtration equipment.
The replacement filter elements were presented for industrial oil filtration systems. Coalescer and separator products were displayed for applications involving fuels and industrial oils, with examples shown for jet fuel, aviation gasoline, motor gasoline, naphtha, diesel fuel, biodiesel fuel, kerosene, and mineral oil.
The mobile filtration units were presented for on-site oil filtration and dehydration operations. Vacuum oil filtration equipment was also displayed for insulating oils, lubricating oils, and other industrial oils.

The Air & Gas Filtration Series included dust filter cartridges, gas filter products, and different filter media configurations.
The displayed dust filter cartridges included 80/20 paper-polyester blend media, flame-retardant 80/20 media, spun-bond polyester, treated polyester and synthetic media, nanofiber, and PTFE membrane options.
The application examples shown at the exhibition included industrial air cleaners, gas turbines, mist collectors, dust collectors, baghouses, environmental booths, downdraft tables, source-capture extraction systems, blowers, fans, and ventilators.
The gas filtration section covered applications related to gas processing, natural gas production and gathering, fuel storage, refining, and industrial fluid systems.
During the exhibition, the AYATER team communicated with engineers, technical specialists, distributors, and procurement professionals from different markets.
The discussions focused on practical filtration requirements, including filter element selection, filtration media, flow requirements, operating conditions, connection dimensions, equipment configuration, and replacement filter requirements.
For industrial filtration projects, these parameters need to be evaluated according to the equipment design, filtered medium, operating conditions, and required filtration performance.

The German exhibition provided AYATER with an opportunity to communicate directly with international visitors and discuss filtration requirements across water treatment, oil purification, air filtration, and gas filtration applications.
Face-to-face technical discussions also provided useful information about the requirements considered by engineers and procurement teams when selecting filtration products, including specifications, application conditions, equipment compatibility, and replacement requirements.
AYATER will continue to develop and supply industrial filtration products and replacement filter elements for international customers, with product selection based on application requirements and equipment specifications.
If you have any requirements for filter replacement, please feel free tocontact us.
