How do hydraulic filters identify product quality?

How to distinguish the quality of a hydraulic filter, here it is necessary to popularize the application of the test principle method of the hydraulic filter, the following will introduce several test principle methods:

1)Test principle of hydraulic filter water intrusion method:

The water intrusion method is designed for testing hydrophobic filter elements, where hydrophobic membranes resist water and the smaller the pore size, the greater the pressure required to squeeze water into the hydrophobic membrane. Therefore, under pressure, measure the flow of water squeezed into the filter membrane to determine the pore size of the filter element.

2)Test principle of hydraulic filter bubble point method:

When the filter membrane and filter element are infiltrated with a solution, and then pressurized on one side through the gas source, with the increase of pressure, the gas is released from one side of the filter membrane, which is manifested as bubbles of different sizes and numbers on the side of the membrane, and the corresponding pressure value is judged by the instrument is the bubble point.

3)Hydraulic filter diffusion flow test principle:

Diffusion flow test means that when the gas pressure is 80% of the bubble point value of the filter element, there is no large number of gas perforation at this time, but a small amount of gas is first dissolved into the diaphragm of the liquid phase, and then diffused from the liquid phase to the gas phase on the other side, which is called diffusion flow.

The bubble point value is only a qualitative value, and it is a relatively long process from the beginning of foaming to group foaming, which cannot be accurately quantified. The measurement of diffusion flow value is a quantitative value, which can not only accurately determine the integrity of the filter, but also reflect the porosity, flow rate and effective filtration area of the membrane, which is why most manufacturers now use the diffusion flow method to test the integrity.
