Common Types
Air Filter Element: It is mainly used to filter the air entering the nacelle of the wind turbine. It filters out impurities such as dust and sand particles in the outside air, allowing clean air to enter the nacelle and protecting equipment like the generator from being soiled by dust.
Hydraulic Oil Filter Element: The hydraulic oil filter element is used to filter the impurities in the hydraulic system of the wind turbine, ensuring the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil and maintaining the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
Gearbox Filter Element: The gearbox can transmit the speed and power of the wind turbine blades to the generator. The gearbox filter element filters the impurities in the lubricating oil, preventing the impurities from causing wear to the gears and ensuring the smooth operation of the gears.
