Turbine Lube Oil Conditioner

Turbine lube oil conditioner is a filtration device that uses gravity, centrifugation, pressure, vacuum distillation and other technical methods to remove mechanical impurities, oxidation by-products and moisture in impure turbine oil, lubricating oil and other industrial oils. It is mainly used to improve the cleanliness of mechanical and electrical oils, so that they can perform optimally and extend the service life of equipment.

When the turbine lube oil conditioner is working, the polluted oil enters the heater through the inlet under the action of vacuum absorption of the outside atmospheric pressure, and the heated oil enters the prefilter, and large particles of impurities are filtered.

The oil then enters the water distributor and flows through a special divergence device that creates a huge surface area per unit volume of oil, exposing the contaminated oil to a vacuum with very low relative humidity, thereby removing water, air and gas from the oil.

The mixture of evaporated water vapor and gas condenses into a liquid through the water tank and cooler, enters the water reservoir together, and the remaining gas is pumped out by a vacuum pump. The oil that removes water is fed into the fine filter by the oil drain pump to remove particulate impurities, that is, the oil is purified, and a purification process is completed. Depending on the amount of water content, several cycles are required to completely remove the water.
