Sintered metal wire mesh is a new type of filter material which is made of a multi-layer metal woven wire mesh and is manufactured by a special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering process, and has a high mechanical strength and an overall rigid structure.
1.Fine Permeability Accurate Filter Precision
Sintered mesh filter cartridges are made from multi-layers sintered wire mesh, usually 5-layer stainless steel wire mesh. Our sintered filter cartridges has more strong structure, fine permeability and accurate filter precision, easy back wash cleaning. Beside above mentioned benefits, sintered mesh cartridges are resistance to corrosion, high temperature, and high pressure.
Its materials are all stainless steel construction, such as AISI304, AISI304L, AISI316, AISI316L. Filter rating range from 1 micron to 250 micron.
Sintered mesh filter cartridges are widely used in pharmaceuticals, fluidized beds, liquid and gas filtration, chemical processing, chemical fiber filtration, food and beverage, oil and gas filtration, polyester and water treatment industries.
2.Features of sintered metal felt filter media
· High heat and corrosion resistance: Work temperature resistance can reach 1000 °C, and stainless steel or alloy for corrosive application, which non-metallic textile, ceramic or polymer product can not compete.
· High porosity: It performs with up to 85% high porosity, long on-stream lifetime, high flow rates.
· Low pressure drop: The high porosity allows a very low pressure drop, lower energy cost at the same time.
· Depth filtration: It enables you to achieve high efficient result through surface filtration and its high dirt capacity offers depth particles capture.
· Enhanced gel removal: Addition of metal fiber felt enhances gel removal property of sintered filter media and eliminates fiber breaks during spinning.
· Longer life: Stainless steel fiber felt is added into sintered filter media, onstream life can be increased by a factor of two to three times that of conventional wire mesh media.
