Sintered Pleated Filter Element

The folded sintered filter element is mainly made of materials such as stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh. The sealing surface is welded by argon arc welding, and the filter layer is formed by multiple folds. Its filtration area is three times larger than that of cylindrical filters of similar size.

It has a filtration accuracy ranging from 1-200μm, enabling it to efficiently intercept tiny particles and colloidal impurities with a filtration efficiency of up to 99.8%. Thanks to its multi - layer structure design, it has a large dirt - holding capacity, a wide filtration area, and a long service life.

This filter element can handle the clarification and filtration of acid - base solutions, solvents, and other substances.

• High strength and stability: After being processed by the sintering process, the filter element has high mechanical strength and can withstand a large pressure difference.
• Resistance to high temperature, corrosion and oxidation. Metal sintered filter elements have good tolerance to organic solvents and corrosive gases.
