100 micron bag filters capture solids as small as 0.1 mm in suspension, protecting pumps, valves and downstream filter elements. Available media include polyester felt for general use, polypropylene for broad chemical resistance, and nylon mesh for high temperature or fine mesh requirements. Efficiency of 99.5% is ensured for 100 µm particles at flow rates up to 20 m³/h.
Precise Filtration Accuracy
Designed for 100μm particles (e.g. metal shavings, grit), the interception efficiency is ≥95% while maintaining a high flow rate.
Diversified materials
Common materials include polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), nylon, etc. Some of the filter bags may be treated with anti-static, hydrophobic or hydrophilic treatment, available for special scenarios.
High Dust Capacity Design
Adopts three-dimensional filter bed structure to capture particles deeply and avoid surface clogging too quickly.
