5 Micron Filter Bags

5 micron filter bags can precisely intercept particles and impurities sized ≥5μm, boasting a filtration efficiency of ≥ 99%. This effectively safeguards products and equipment against damage caused by impurities. These filter bags are available in materials such as polypropylene and polyester, catering to diverse operating conditions. They adopt hot-melt welding for sealing, effectively preventing leakage and ensuring top-notch filtration performance.

There is a wide range of sizes available. Size 1 bags are suitable for small-scale filtration equipment, while size 2 bags are designed to handle high-flow applications. These filter bags are widely used across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and chemical manufacturing.

Filter bags can be classified into liquid filter bags and gas filter bags according to their uses. The filter materials for these two types of filter bags are the same, but their manufacturing processes are different. The materials for liquid filtration are not coated with a membrane, while those for gas filtration can be. The filtration accuracy can be customized according to actual needs.

1. Industrial electroplating solution filtration: 5 micron filter bags can remove metal particles, dust and other impurities in the electroplating solution, preventing these impurities from adhering to the surface of the plated parts.

2. Electronic chip manufacturing: As a pretreatment method, 5-micron filter bags can remove tiny particles, organic matters, bacteria and other impurities in water, preventing them from contaminating the chips.

3. Sewage treatment: Filter out coarse particles, fibrous substances, etc. in the sewage to protect subsequent treatment equipment such as water pumps and aerators.
