Water Quality: If the wastewater mainly contains large-sized suspended particles such as sand, silt, and fibers, a lower filtration precision of 50 microns or 100 microns can be selected. However, if it is necessary to remove finer particles such as colloids and bacteria, a higher filtration precision of 1 micron or 5 microns should be chosen.
Chemical Resistance: If the wastewater is acidic, filter bags made of polypropylene can be selected as they have good acid resistance. If the wastewater is alkaline, filter bags made of polyester may be more suitable.
Abrasion Resistance: When the wastewater contains a large amount of hard particles, materials with good abrasion resistance need to be selected. For example, nylon material has high strength and tear resistance.
