Flue Gas Temperature: In high-temperature working conditions such as at the tail of a cement kiln, the flue gas temperature is usually between 150℃ and 260℃. Filter bag materials with high-temperature resistance, such as P84 and aramid, need to be selected. For processes like cement grinding where the temperature is between 100℃ and 150℃, polyester filter bags can be used.
Filtration Precision: In the processes with extremely high requirements for dust emissions, filter bags with micro-porous membrane coating technology can be adopted, which can improve the dust filtration precision to below 1 micron.
Procurement Cost: The prices of filter bags vary greatly depending on different materials and performances. For example, PTFE filter bags are relatively expensive, while polyester filter bags are comparatively cheaper. On the premise of meeting production requirements, appropriate filter bags can be selected according to the budget.
