Dust filtration bags are specially designed to trap airborne particulate matter in industrial processes. These bags reliably capture fine dust (down to 1 micron) with filtration efficiencies in excess of 99.9%.

We offer a range of materials (e.g. polyester, PTFE, Nomex) and sizes suitable for temperatures up to 500°F (260°C) and particle loads ranging from wood dust to metal fumes.

 

How It Works

Dust filtration bags operate on surface filtration and depth filtration principles:

1. Dust-Laden Air Entry

Contaminated air enters the baghouse system.

2. Particle Capture

Surface Filtration: Larger particles form a "dust cake" on the bag surface.

Depth Filtration: Submicron particles are trapped within the bag's fiber matrix.

3. Cleaning Cycle

Pulse-Jet Cleaning: Compressed air pulses dislodge dust cakes.

Shaker Mechanism: Mechanical vibration releases accumulated dust.

Dust Disposal: Collected particulates fall into a hopper for removal.
