Filtration Principle

Sieving Effect：PTFE filter bags feature uniformly - distributed micro - pores, usually in the range of 0.1 - 1 μm. For instance, a 0.5 - μm - precision filter bag can intercept particles larger than 0.5 μm.

Surface Filtration：The PTFE filter bag surface has adsorption properties. When dust particles contact it, they get adsorbed.

Inertial Interception：As particles flow through the filter bag, heavier dust particles deviate from the airflow path due to inertia, hit the filter bag fibers, and are trapped.

Electrostatic Adsorption：Because of the surface charge, the filter bag can electrostatically attract fine charged particles in the gas, enhancing filtration efficiency.
