Nomex filter bags are made with meta-aramid fiber technology to capture fine dust (including PM2.5) while resisting the chemical attack of acidic flue gases (e.g. SO₃, HCl). Unlike common filtration media that degrade under thermal stress, they provide unrivaled durability in environments with temperatures exceeding 240°C. Ideal for demanding applications such as power plants, asphalt plants, cement kilns, steel furnaces and metallurgical processes.

High Temperature Resistance

Maintains full functionality at 240°C (428°F), outperforming polyester and fiberglass alternatives that fail at temperatures above 150°C.

Chemical Warfare Defense

Acid and Alkali Resistance: Handles environments with a pH of 3-11, making it ideal for waste incinerators exposed to HCl vapors or metallurgical processes rich in alkaline dust.

Abrasion resistance

Designed for highly abrasive particles such as raw cement, fly ash with SiO₂ content > 45%.
