Phenolic resin bonded filter is a rigid, bonded fiber element engineered so contaminants are captured inside the matrix rather than piled on the surface. The media is manufactured with a controlled transition from coarse to fine pore channels, giving long service life and predictable performance in demanding chemical or thermal environments.

  2. Record baseline differential pressure and replace based on trend rather than calendar time.
  3. Specify seals for solvent compatibility (Viton/PTFE for aggressive organics).
  4. Ask for a sample element and recommended micron grade for lab evaluation.
