Wound filter cartridge is a depth filter element made of polypropylene fibers, cotton, glass fibers, etc. as the core material, constructed on the strong PP skeleton (or stainless steel skeleton) through the precision-controlled automated winding process. Its core value lies in the unique gradient pore structure:

→ Outer loose: the surface fiber gap is large, highly efficient interception of large particles of impurities, to avoid rapid clogging of the surface;

→ Inner dense: the closer to the core, the more tightly wound fibers, fine capture fine particles;

→ Deep: impurities are adsorbed layer by layer in the depths of the yarn network, rather than just stay on the surface, to achieve ultra-high dirt containment capacity.

Product Selection

 

1. Compatibility matching
Wound filter cartridge size needs to be selected according to the system interface.
2. Accuracy selection based on
Poor water quality (e.g. well water, river water): it is recommended to use 20~50 micron cartridge for rough filtration first, and then series 5 micron cartridge for fine filtration.
Municipal tap water: 5 micron filtration can be used directly.
3. Replacement Cycle Warning
Filter cartridge needs to be replaced when the color of the cartridge becomes dark or the water flow rate decreases by 30%, otherwise, it may breed bacteria or cause a sudden increase in pressure loss.
