Resin Bonded Cartridge

Resin bonded cartridges are depth filter cartridges designed for high-viscosity fluids, violent pressure fluctuations, and high-temperature chemical environments. We use high-pressure resin bonding to fuse long strands of fibers into a single rigid structure. The result? A resin bonded cartridge filter that will not collapse, compress, or shed fibers-even under a 70 psid pressure surge. You get predictable performance from start to finish, with no risk of media migration contaminating your batch.

Unlike spiral-wound or melt-blown alternatives, our triple-layer architecture combines:

✅ Rigid Grooved Core: Axial grooves maintain flow paths under compression, preventing collapse in high-dP systems.

✅ Progressive Density Media: Resin-bonded cellulose/polyester matrix traps particles from outer surface inward.

✅ Zero Migration Guarantee: Thermoset resin locks fibers permanently, eliminating media shedding (<1 mg/L).
