The hydraulic oil filter element is the core part of the filter. The filter element is composed of special materials. It belongs to wearing parts and needs special protection and maintenance. Then how to maintain the filter element?
1. Before changing, remove the original hydraulic oil, check the return oil filter element, oil absorption filter element and pilot filter element to see whether there are iron and copper scraps or other impurities. If there are any, there may be hydraulic component faults.
2. All hydraulic oil filter elements must be replaced at the same time when changing the hydraulic oil, otherwise it is equivalent to not changing.
3. Distinguish the hydraulic oil label, different labels, different brands of hydraulic oil do not mix, may react to produce flocs. The designated oil for the excavator is recommended.
4. Oil absorption filter element must be installed before refueling. The pipe mouth covered by oil absorption filter element is directly to the main pump.
5. Refueling to the standard position. There is an oil level gauge on the hydraulic tank. Remind attention to the parking mode, generally all cylinders are back, that is, forearm, bucket fully extended and landing.
6. After filling the oil, please pay attention to the air exhaust of the main pump; otherwise, there will be no movement of the whole vehicle for the time being, the main pump will sound differently, and the air cavitation will damage the main pump if the weight is too heavy. Exhaust air method is directly in the main pump top release pipe joint, directly fill up.
The filter element is a consumable product, which needs to be replaced immediately after blocking. Pay attention to the tank and pipeline of the system to be washed clean. When refueling, go through the refueling device with filter. Do not let the oil in the tank contact with air directly.
